National Cups and Inter Leagues not going ahead due to ongoing COVID suspension of football.

Following the SFAI Council Meeting this week the League has been informed that:

SFAI Skechers Cups - It has been agreed that it will not be feasible to run these for the 2020-2021 season given that if football does get reinstated later this year all Leagues will be struggling to complete some form of domestic competitions and it would be unfair to apply extra SFAI competition pressure on a chronically congested fixtures situation.

Subway Inter League Competitions:

Kennedy Cup: The SFAI Executive is continuing to explore the possibility of hosting the Kennedy Cup this summer for players born in or after 2007.

They have said that regrettable there is no feasible way to stage the Kennedy Cup 2020 (2006 players) that was cancelled last summer.
