We play Cavan / Monaghan in the All-Ireland bowl final which takes place on the 25th June in Charleville.
It’s a great achievement for this talented group of players who missed out playing in the 2020 Kennedy due to cancellation because of Covid. Players from 9 different clubs across Clare were selected for this squad and it shows the strength at this age group in the County.
Clare 16’s progressed to the Munster bowl final having finished second in a tough league group which included Cork, Limerick District and Kerry.
Limerick Desmond were Clare’s next opponents in the Munster bowl final, with the Clare side running out comprehensive winners with an 8-1 score line.
The Clare lads were once again drawn against Limerick Desmond in the All Ireland bowl semi-final and booked their place in the final with a 5-1 victory.
Cavan/Monaghan will be tough opponents in the final, with the Northern team having defeated Wexford 4-3 in their semi-final.
